With a strong foundation in human resources and healthcare operations, Chauncey plays a key role in building systems that support both healthcare professionals and the organizations they serve.

 

Before stepping into his current role, Chauncey worked as a Human Resources Manager, gaining hands-on experience across talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, payroll coordination, and policy development. His background in HR allows him to approach operations with a people-first mindset, ensuring that clinical professionals are supported, prepared, and positioned to succeed in fast-paced healthcare environments.

 

Chauncey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Saint Francis University, where he developed a strong understanding of organizational leadership, strategic planning, and business operations. His education, combined with real-world experience, enables him to bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
