Interim Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Join Our Clinical Team

Full-Time & Interim

Minneapolis, MN

POSITION SUMMARY

Our client facilities need experienced ADONs who can carry real clinical weight — not shadow the DON. On a Caring Clinical Partners assignment you may be filling an open ADON seat, supporting a DON who is stretched thin, or handling a specific piece of the clinical operation such as infection control, wound care, or staff education while permanent leadership is recruited.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Caring Clinical Partners is a Minnesota-based clinical consulting and staffing agency built by operators, not recruiters. Our leadership has run long-term care buildings, sat through surveys, and carried the pager. We place experienced clinical leadership and support staff in skilled nursing, assisted living, rehabilitation, memory care, and transitional care facilities across Minnesota — and we back our people 100% of the time.
