Complete the RAI process and keep assessments accurate, timely, and submitted on schedule so the building is paid for the care it delivers. You'll cover vacancies, clear assessment backlogs, correct coding problems, and train facility staff on documentation.

Caring Clinical Partners places experienced clinical leaders into Minnesota long-term care facilities that need someone who can step in and take hold of the building. Supplemental Staffing

Registered Nurse

Provide skilled nursing care, complete assessments, manage changes in condition, and administer medications and treatments. You'll supervise the LPNs, TMAs, and CNAs on your unit and serve as charge nurse when assigned.

Licensed Practical Nurse

Deliver direct nursing care under the RN or DON, including medications, treatments, and dressing changes. You'll monitor residents, document accurately, and direct the TMAs and CNAs on your unit.

Trained Medication Aid

Administer medications as delegated by the licensed nurse and document each pass accurately in the MAR. You'll watch for side effects and changes in condition, report them to the nurse, and assist residents with daily care.
