Interim Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
Join Our Clinical Team
Full-Time & Interim
Minneapolis, MN
POSITION SUMMARY
When a building loses its Administrator, everything slows down — hiring, census, survey response, vendor relationships, and staff morale. We place experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrators to run facilities on an interim basis, support new Administrators, and lead operational turnarounds. This is a top-of-building role for someone who has already carried the license and the responsibility that comes with it.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Caring Clinical Partners is a Minnesota-based clinical consulting and staffing agency built by operators, not recruiters. Our leadership has run long-term care buildings, sat through surveys, and carried the pager. We place experienced clinical leadership and support staff in skilled nursing, assisted living, rehabilitation, memory care, and transitional care facilities across Minnesota — and we back our people 100% of the time.
