POSITION SUMMARY

Caring Clinical Partners is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for our client facilities across Minnesota. You choose your availability, we handle the placement, and you are paid as a W-2 employee — no chasing invoices, no surprise tax bills. Our leadership comes from inside long-term care, so we know what a hard shift looks like and we staff accordingly.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Caring Clinical Partners is a Minnesota-based clinical consulting and staffing agency built by operators, not recruiters. We place experienced clinical leadership and support staff in skilled nursing, assisted living, rehabilitation, memory care, and transitional care facilities across Minnesota — and we back our people 100% of the time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents under the direction of the RN or Director of Nursing 

  • Administer oral, topical, injectable, and inhaled medications and document them accurately 

  • Perform treatments, dressing changes, and skilled procedures within the LPN scope of practice 

  • Monitor vital signs and resident condition; report changes to the supervising nurse and physician 

  • Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record, MAR, and TAR 

  • Direct and support TMAs and CNAs assigned to your unit during your shift 

  • Assist with admissions, readmissions, care conferences, and family communication 

  • Serve as charge nurse when assigned and appropriately trained 

  • Maintain medication cart accountability, including narcotic counts 

  • Follow infection prevention, resident rights, HIPAA, and abuse prevention requirements at all times 

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
Preferred
  • Active Minnesota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing 

  • Current BLS/CPR certification 

  • Cleared Minnesota Department of Human Services background study 

  • Current TB screening and immunization records 

  • Reliable transportation to assigned facilities 

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents and to remain on your feet for the length of a shift

  • Prior long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living experience 

  • IV certification 

  • Experience with PointClickCare or a comparable EHR 

  • Availability for weekend or night shifts 

CREDENTIALING REQUIREMENTS

All Caring Clinical Partners professionals must have the following on file before an assignment begins: 

  • Current, unencumbered Minnesota license or certification in good standing 

  • Background study clearance through the Minnesota Department of Human Services (NETStudy 2.0) 

  • Current TB screening and immunization records 

  • Current BLS/CPR certification

EMPLOYMENT TERMS 
  • This is a W-2 employee position with Caring Clinical S, LLC. You are our employee, assigned to work at our client facilities. 

  • Availability is set by you. We ask that you confirm your availability in advance and honor the shifts you accept — reliability is the core of this business. 

  • Company-issued badge provided on hire. All required documents must be complete before your first assignment. 

  • Assignments may be at multiple client facilities depending on your stated location preferences and availability.
