POSITION SUMMARY
Trained Medication Aides keep the med pass on time and keep residents safe, and good ones are hard to find. Caring Clinical Partners is hiring TMAs across Minnesota to work in facilities we know and trust. You set your availability, we handle the placement and the paperwork, and you are paid as a W-2 employee of our company.
ABOUT THE COMPANY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Administer oral, topical, and inhaled medications as delegated by the licensed nurse and within the Minnesota TMA scope

Document medication administration accurately in the MAR at the time of administration

Observe residents for effectiveness, side effects, and adverse reactions and report promptly to the licensed nurse

Report changes in resident condition, refusals, and medication errors immediately

Maintain the medication cart — stock, order, organize, and keep it clean and secure

Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meals

Support residents with dementia and memory care needs using approachable, person-centered techniques

Work under the supervision of the licensed nurse and collaborate with the care team

Follow infection prevention, resident rights, HIPAA, and abuse prevention requirements at all times
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
Preferred
-
Current Minnesota Nursing Assistant certification, active on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry
-
Completion of a Minnesota-approved Trained Medication Aide program
-
Cleared Minnesota Department of Human Services background study
-
Current TB screening and immunization records
-
Reliable transportation to assigned facilities
-
Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents and to remain on your feet for the length of a shift

Six months or more of experience as a CNA before TMA training
-
Prior long-term care, assisted living, or memory care experience

Current BLS/CPR certification
-
Availability for weekend or evening shifts
CREDENTIALING REQUIREMENTS
All Caring Clinical Partners professionals must have the following on file before an assignment begins:

Current, unencumbered Minnesota license or certification in good standing

Background study clearance through the Minnesota Department of Human Services (NETStudy 2.0)

Current TB screening and immunization records

Current BLS/CPR certification
EMPLOYMENT TERMS

This is a W-2 employee position with Caring Clinical S, LLC. You are our employee, assigned to work at our client facilities.

Availability is set by you. We ask that you confirm your availability in advance and honor the shifts you accept — reliability is the core of this business.

Company-issued badge provided on hire. All required documents must be complete before your first assignment.

Assignments may be at multiple client facilities depending on your stated location preferences and availability.
